Meet the Staff
	Joe Stephens - Owner Joe Stephens has over 25 years of work experience. He worked at Toyota for 8 years and had become a Toyota and ASE Master Technician. He has owned Stephens Automotive for over 15 years and enjoys making customers happy and working with the fine group of people that have come together at Stephens Automotive. He also enjoys operating his new tow truck with all of its bells and whistles.
	Charlie McMillan - Shop Foreman - Rest in Peace 1950-2009 Charlie was a major foundation piece in the establishing Stephens Automotive. He worked in the automotive business for over 40 years and was a much respected person and technician. He passed away on May 22, 2009 and will be truly missed by all who knew him. Most of the staff here had the honor to work with a true superstar in the industry.
	Frank Gargano - Technician Frank is a renowned Corvette specialist who worked for Lattof Chevrolet from 1984 until 2008. Most Corvette owners have heard Franks name as a sought after Corvette repair specialist. In addition to being a Corvette specialist Frank is an ASE Master Technician and holds many GM factory certifications. Frank brings his knowledge and leadership skills to Stephens Automotive.
	Greg Gonzales - Technician Greg is another technician that came from Lattof Chevrolet. Greg brings 22 years of experience, ASE Master certification and factory training to Stephens Automotive.
	Val Kermidas - Technician Val graduated from WyoTech in May 2006 with an Associate in Specialized Technology. After school he worked for a local Ford dealer before coming to work at Stephens Automotive. He is currently working on getting his ASE certifications.
	Manny Vega- Technician Manny came to Stephens Automotive from an independent repair shop and bring 7 years of experience with him. He is currently working on getting his ASE certifications.

	Tom Thumkhum- Technician Tom has been working on import and domestic cars for over 25 years and has been a part of the Stephens Automotive team for almost a year now.

	Megan Johansen- Service Writer Megan comes to Stephens Automotive with 20+ years in the automotive industry. From wholesale part sales and distribution to service writing and customer service for independent shops.

	Kevin Smith- Service Writer Kevin worked at a Goodyear tire center for over 6 years and then with a major paint company for over 13 years in the Palatine community. Kevin brings his knowledge and honesty to Stephens Automotive.
